At One Fell Swoop, we want you to feel confident in every silhouette you purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original designer tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the garments into their original packaging and include a printed copy of your return authorization form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
